We chose Eigsti for our custom build based on very strong recommendations from multiple friends. Kent guided us through the design process (from 9000 miles away as we were still in Australia) and helped us finalize our dream house. Construction began in April 2018. We had enormous trust in Kent and his crew; I have the utmost respect for a contractor that frames right along side his guys. We first saw the house with framing mostly complete in late June and it was magnificent. Lena was a tremendous help during the selection phase and continued to assist through project completion. Brad took over most of the day-to-day from the sheetrock stage onwards and was excellent to deal with. His trim and finish crew did a wonderful job and the finished product looked amazing. All of their subcontractors are top notch, very respectful, and did a great job cleaning up after themselves. Our project finished in November 2018 and we have only had a couple minor problems in the 2 years since completion/move-in. We would highly recommend the Eigsti team to anybody looking for a superior quality house with the team to back it up!

We bought our home in February 2019 in Dunlap, IL. Eigsti Construction was first hired to complete exterior modifications on our 26-year-old home during the summer. In October of 2019 we contracted with Eigsti to complete our unfinished basement. Brett and Lena assisted with the design and finish choices and options. Allan framed the walls, installed an egress window and oversaw the entire construction project to completion. He was on the project daily until the work was completed. All subcontractors were punctual and professional. We now have a fully finished basement with a beautiful family room including a gas-fired fireplace and a kitchen area for entertaining. In addition, we have ample space where our grandchildren can play and have fun. Overall we were pleased with the professionalism of the workers and the outstanding results of our project. We would highly recommend Eigsti Construction for your remodeling needs.

Eigsti Construction built us our condo in 2019. We have never been more pleased! Their team is patient, kind, professional and have expert, high quality employees. Kent and Brad were always there to answer any questions and so willing to make any changes we wanted along the way. It was such a blessing to have Lena's help in all the decorating decisions that come with new construction. After moving in, we did experience a problem with our shower floor drainage (slant) and they immediately corrected that problem with no fuss at all. There is no one I would recommend more and if I had to do it over again, they are who I would choose. (And, I hate to admit it, but I'm a picky detailed person and they are top notch!)

Kent and his team built our home 13 years ago! He is always super quick to respond whenever we have questions. We had bad hail damage a couple years ago and they fixed our siding, roof and pergola. We also had a sun tunnel put in our hallway and it is wonderful having the natural daylight now. Finished our basement and put in a climbing wall for us too! Eigsti Construction is our go to team!!!
