Eigsti Construction is a family owned construction company specializing in building new, custom built, quality homes since 1968. We value quality work, quality materials, and quality subcontractors which we believe is important to our potential customers as well as our former customers. The owners, Kent Eigsti, who works with the frame crew and Brad Kennell, who works with the trim crew, are dedicated to carrying on the quality of workmanship that Kent’s father, Paul Eigsti, started in 1968. Their experience, college education, and willingness to guide their customers through the building process from start to finish make Eigsti Construction top-notch in the home building industry.
Some things never change… and sometimes that is a good thing! We believe that it is extremely important to start out building your home on a good, solid foundation which is why Eigsti Construction pours our own footings, seals the foundation with water proofing, backfills the foundation with gravel before dirt, and backfills the garage foundation with sand to prevent settling. That’s how Paul built houses and that’s why the term “It’s an Eigsti Home” is one that reflects quality.
We use quality materials such as engineer designed, steel beams for the main support, solid Select Structural Douglas Fir used for the floor joists, engineered roof trusses, and all framing lumber is purchased from quality lumber yards and are meticulously checked for flaws before we use them. Eigsti Construction also uses local, reputable subcontractors that go through an interview process prior to being selected.

Why We're different
In-house crews of highly talented craftsmen... we do not "sub out" our frame or trim work.
When we do use subcontractors, they are hand picked and chosen with quality in mind. Our subs have worked with us for several years and always adhere to strict standards of quality.
